Clean — registers normally in Ukraine.

Salvage title

Salvage — importable; passes expert inspection at registration.

Rebuilt / prior salvage

Rebuilt — registers after inspection in Ukraine.

Flood / water damage

Flood — allowed but inspect thoroughly; higher scrutiny.

Parts only / non-repairable

Parts-only / non-repairable — not registrable in Ukraine.

Key rules

Age limit	No hard age limit, but excise rises with engine size and age; electric cars get preferential treatment.
Steering	Left-hand drive only — right-hand-drive cars can't be registered.
Salvage / damage	Salvage and rebuilt titles are common and registrable after a technical inspection; 'parts only' / non-repairable can't be registered for the road.
Clearing time	Typically ~3–7 days at customs after the car arrives at port.
